"Facebook's Ad Platform is moving away from ad-set budgets and making campaign budgeting (CBO) mandatory on new campaigns. This drastically changes the process for experimenting with new ads, we now create a separate campaign for each experiment to ensure the new ads receive sufficient impressions."
